American violinist Johnna Wu is a performer and improviser active in North America, Europe, and Asia. She is the founder and artistic director of the electroacoustic chamber ensemble PinkNoise. Johnna obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Music History and Theory at Columbia University, Masters of Music at the Juilliard School, and was a Fulbright Scholar in Berlin.

Her most recent appearances include performances for the Secretary General of the United Nations Antonie Guterres at the General Assembly Hall, the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg, Carnegie Hall in New York, the Lucerne Culture and Congress Centre, the Berlin Philharmonie, Paris Philharmonie, and the Banff Centre in Canada.

She is a doctorate student at the Graduate Center in the City University of New York and is on the faculty of the Lucerne Festival Academy.
